What can I use RoenRx for?

RoenRx offers affordable treatments for a variety of conditions, including but not limited to primary care, cold or flu-like symptoms, birth control, hair loss, erectile dysfunction, weight loss, skincare and anxiety or depression.

How does RoenRx create a personalized treatment plan?

We start by gathering details about your health history, symptoms, and treatment preferences to build a comprehensive health profile. This information is used to create a personalized medical record, enabling your provider to deliver care tailored specifically to you.

With a variety of personalized treatments available, your provider will use your unique health profile to select the plan that best supports your needs and goals.

What are RoenRx's customer service hours?

Our team can be reached at (877)870-0323 anytime from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm ET and Saturday to Sunday 12pm-6pm ET. You can always message your care team through our unlimited messaging service.

Do I need to see a healthcare provider in person to use RoenRx?

No! RoenRx is entirely virtual. In the event that a RoenRx healthcare provider requests labs to better treat you, RoenRx will help facilitate a visit to your nearest testing facility.

How do I access my account?

After creating an account as a RoenRx member, you'll be able to access your account, schedule appointments, review your appointment history, refill medications, and communicate with your providers by signing in from your computer, phone, or the RoenRx app.

How much does a RoenRx membership cost?

Our RoenRx weight loss program is only $39 (limited time). The typical program cost is $135/month. We’re offering a free provider review of birth control requests. We’re offering members $20 off their first erectile dysfunction order. Our mental health program is currently 60% off for your first month. Each intake form takes about 5 minutes.

What does it cover?

Your RoenRx membership provides access to the tools and resources that you need to receive high-quality medical care, conveniently. Our weight loss program includes a personalized plan that may include GLP-1 medication and 1:1 coaching through unlimited messaging. Our mental health program is personalized to help you through 1:1 care from expert psychiatric providers and, may include, FDA-approved Rx treatments. Birth Control

Does RoenRx offer birth control?

Yes! RoenRx offers a private online consultation and, if prescribed, discreet medication delivered straight to your doorstep. We’re proud to be your ally for your sexual and reproductive health needs because we hold ourselves to high standards for trust and confidentiality. Treatment through RoenRx begins with a virtual visit, where RoenRx will ask you about your care preferences, your medical history, and other basic information. Does RoenRx accept insurance for birth control?

RoenRx currently does not accept insurance for birth control medication. We have worked closely with our partners to offer most birth control medication for just $15/month, including free shipping right to your door and auto-refills so you never miss your medication.

Can I get birth control without insurance?

Yes, at RoenRx we view birth control as a basic need and can prescribe birth control for as low as $15/month. We offer a 3 month or 6 month supply of birth control that can be delivered discreetly straight to your door for free!

What are the different kinds of birth control?

At RoenRx we offer the pill, patch and the ring. A birth control pill comes in a monthly pack and the hormones safely stop ovulation (prevent pregnancies). While the birth control patch is what you wear on your skin such as your upper arm, belly, or back. The birth control ring is a small, flexible ring that you place inside your vagina and it has a 99% effective rate if used correctly. Our RoenRx Care Team will work with you to ensure we provide you with an effective birth control treatment plan.

What if I’m not happy with the birth control that I’m taking?

Our RoenRx Care Team will work with you to understand what kind of birth control you’re looking for. Sometimes medications take a few months to get used to, but please keep in contact with your RoenRx provider to see if a different pill/method is better for you.

I’m not sure what birth control is best for me, how should I choose?

Our RoenRx Care Team will work with you to see what birth control method works best for you and your schedule. We will be able to provide you healthy options and explanations to make sure it’s the right birth control for you.

Is it safe to skip my period with the pill?

Yes, it is completely safe! A combination birth control pill ensures that by taking the pill you do not need to have your period every month. It should not cause long-term problems, but if you have concerns about it then our RoenRx Care Team can provide you with more information and see if it’s right for you.

How effective is birth control?

Birth control is over 99% effective if taken correctly. It is important to use birth control as directed and our RoenRx Care Team will work with you to ensure you are using the best birth control method that works around your schedule.

Personalized Psychiatry Program

What does RoenRx’s Personalized Psychiatry Program include?

During the initial visit with your psychiatric provider, they will develop a personalized treatment plan which may include Rx treatment. Your plan also includes ongoing visits with your psychiatric provider, which allows them to adjust your dose safely. You will also have the option of having your Rx sent to you in discreet packaging. You can also elect to pick up at a local pharmacy. You’ll have unlimited messaging with your provider and coordinator to ensure you start feeling better soon. For a limited time we are offering 60% off your first month.

When will I start to feel better?

You’ll have a visit with your psychiatric provider and your provider will determine a personalized treatment plan just for you. This may include Rx treatment, which you can have delivered to your home in discreet packaging. You’ll start feeling better in a matter of weeks and will have monthly virtual visits with your provider. You can message them anytime through our secure messaging portal.

How will I communicate with my care team?

You can communicate with your care team in three ways:

What happens if I need to go to the hospital?

RoenRx works with local hospitals in your area to make sure you receive the care you need. If a hospital visit is needed, RoenRx will help connect you to your nearest facility.

Who are the healthcare professionals at RoenRx?

We employ a wide-range of board-certified medical professionals – doctors (MD and DO), physician’s assistants, and nurse practitioners – to ensure that you receive the appropriate holistic treatment for your visit. Our providers see fewer patients than ordinary primary care providers each day, meaning they have more time to listen to your concerns and address your needs.

What should I expect from my care team at RoenRx?

With our patient-centered philosophy, we have the best interests of your health and care at heart. RoenRx provides you with the tools you need to conveniently access high-quality care, and our team members with the resources they require to provide you with the best care. This partnership between you, your healthcare provider, and the rest of the RoenRx care team means you always have a team advocating for your care every step of the way. Is it legal to prescribe medication online?

Yes! We’re able to prescribe medication directly through our virtual visits. Depending on your needs, we’ll ask you to meet virtually with a healthcare provider or simply complete your request online. A healthcare provider will then review your results and prescribe any medications appropriate.

Is this a safe way to receive medical treatment?

RoenRx offers a secure and convenient alternative for many traditional healthcare needs. Our online services allow you to receive remote treatment, all while communicating with qualified medical professionals through secure communication channels.

Are RoenRx visits performed using video?

At RoenRx, we offer two convenient options for visits: video/phone consultations and healthcare requests. Video and phone visits allow patients to engage in real-time virtual appointments with healthcare providers, providing a personalized and interactive experience. This allows you to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and receive immediate feedback and guidance from the provider. Healthcare requests use our secure messaging portal to communicate with your provider.

Can I use any pharmacy for medication prescribed by a RoenRx provider?

Yes! You will be asked what pharmacy you prefer when you request medication from RoenRx, and can update this information any time in the Medication section of your secure RoenRx patient portal:

Will the provider review my medical history before my visit?

Yes! When you complete your profile, your provider will receive your information and comprehensive medical history.

Can RoenRx handle emergency situations?

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact 911.

Billing

How much does a visit cost?

Our initial visits cost $99 without insurance. Our psychiatric plan is for a limited time only $39 which includes an initial video/phone visit with a RoenRx psychiatric provider and, if prescribed, a FDA-approved Rx medication.

How much does medication cost?

Our coordination team can work with you to get your medication covered or provide different options. Our medication prices start as low as $10/month, ensuring you can receive affordable care at every step of your treatment.

Can I use my HSA/FSA funds?

Yes, we accept HSA/FSA funds as a form of payment. You can update your payment method here: https://app.roenrx.com/patient-portal/profile?page=payment

Can I pay out of pocket?

Yes, just enter your credit/debit card information during our secure checkout process.

Does RoenRx accept Medicare or Medicaid?

We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

How do I update my payment information?

Why do I have to upload a picture of my face or a government-issued ID?

Before we're able to provide prescription medication through a US-licensed telehealth physician, we're required by law to verify your identity. The most effective verification method is to submit a photo of your state-issued ID. Our physicians will be able to confirm if you are of legal age (over 18 years old) and the authorized individual purchasing the medication.

How do I cancel my account?

Although we would hate to see you go, we understand. You can manage your RoenRx membership through your profile in your secure member portal.

Prescriptions & Refills

What medications do you offer?

We want to provide the best care possible for your needs. Your provider will work with you to determine the best treatment plan, including any medications, for your individual circumstance.

Can I have medication delivered to my home?

Yes! RoenRx ensures your medication is sent to your home every month or your preferred frequency in discreet packaging.

I currently have my medication sent to a local pharmacy - can I change to at-home delivery using RoenRx?

Certainly! Please discuss with your provider about switching to receiving medications through GoGoMeds, our medication delivery partner, to deliver your medications to your home. You can also manage your refills through your patient profile.

Can I use my insurance to pay for prescriptions from RoenRx’s pharmacy delivery?

Our coordination team will work with you to get your medication covered.

Can I use any pharmacy?

Yes! We’ll send the prescription to your preferred local pharmacy, and can arrange for you to pick them up or for them to be delivered to you at home.

Do you prescribe controlled substances at RoenRx?

No. Our providers do not prescribe controlled substances at this time, but can refer to in person providers as appropriate.

How do I track a medication order that is being delivered to my home?

RoenRx will send tracking information along with your shipping confirmation. You can also view the status of your order in the Medications section of your secure RoenRx patient portal.

How does erectile dysfunction care work at RoenRx?

For a limited time we are offering $20 off your first order. RoenRx offers a private online consultation and, if prescribed, discreet medication delivered straight to your doorstep. That means no embarrassing visits – ever. Treatment starts with a virtual consultation, where RoenRx will ask you about your symptoms, your medical history, and other basic information. After you submit your information, a healthcare provider will review your information and determine your eligibility for treatment. Once prescribed, we’ll ship prescribed medications discreetly to your doorstep.

How does hair loss treatment work at RoenRx?

For a limited time we are offering 50% off your first hair loss treatment order. There are lots of treatments for hair loss, let’s find the right one for you! RoenRx offers topical finasteride, oral finasteride, or minoxidil (the generic for Rogaine). Minoxidil stimulates hair regrowth and is best for new hair loss or mild to moderate balding. Finasteride blocks hormones that inhibit hair growth. Just start your visit for hair loss treatment then, upload images and fill out necessary medical information and you can get treatment sent right to your door via the RoenRx Pharmacy. How does primary care work at RoenRx?

In the event that you’re unable or do not want to visit an in-person primary care provider, we’re here to guide and support you. Our primary care providers are able to facilitate lab work, answer any of your concerns, and create a long-term health plan for you. Request a same or next day appointment with one of our board-certified healthcare providers and receive convenient, high-quality medical treatment without the hassle of visiting a doctor’s office.

How does cold or flu treatment work at RoenRx?

Knock out your next cold or flu before it interrupts your daily routines. Conveniently get treatment from your couch or bed by requesting a visit. Speak with a healthcare provider by video or phone, and request antibotics or other relief medications to your doorstep or local pharmacy.

How do I change my coach at RoenRx?

As a RoenRx member, we want you to have the best experience possible. Please email support@roenrx.com and our team will work with you to change coaches.

How do I change my primary provider at RoenRx?

You can change your primary care provider by requesting a new appointment in your secure RoenRx patient portal.

How do I sign up for a new care program at RoenRx?

Labs & Testing

How do I upload my test/lab results?

Depending on your lab requests, you may be prompted to upload a test result during your intake questionnaire. If you’re inbetween appointments, please go to your secure RoenRx patient portal and select the prompt titled “Schedule lab work or upload recent labs.” Your provider will view your uploaded results and get back to you.

Where can I get my labs and testing done?

We can help you get testing done with Tasso. If your provider requires you to get labs or testing done, we will be able to ship a lab kit directly to your door.

What do my lab results mean?

Once RoenRx has received your lab results or you’ve uploaded your lab results, your RoenRx provider will review your report and provide an explanation of the results. In some cases, your provider may request a follow-up visit to review the results with you.

How much do lab tests cost?

A lab kit from Tasso will cost $72.50 and will be shipped to your door. Once the test is complete, it will be mailed back to Tasso and the lab results will be automatically sent to our Care Team.

Is lab testing required?

No! It will be up to the discretion of your provider whether testing is required.

Appointments & Troubleshooting

How long are visits at RoenRx?

Standard visits at RoenRx will be 30 minutes. However, if you or your provider prefer, you may be eligible for visits of differing lengths, including 15 minutes, 45 minutes, and 1 hour. You may also be eligible for visits that do not require phone or video, and simply require you to complete clinically relevant questions for your provider to review.

How do I start my video visit?

You can start your visit in one of several ways. Simply join the Daily link sent to your email address on file with RoenRx (or to your phone if you’ve subscribed to SMS messages). Alternatively, sign into your secure RoenRx patient portal and select “Join visit” on the main page or click the link on the calendar invite sent to your personal calendar.

How do I get ready for my video visit?

To make the most out of your visit with a RoenRx healthcare professional, we recommend ensuring that all of your information is up to date in your patient profile, your paperwork has been completed, and any outstanding lab orders have been fulfilled. Please make yourself available at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and test your WiFi connection (only applies to video visits).

What happens after I schedule a visit?

You will receive an appointment confirmation and the ability to add your scheduled visit to your calendar, but don’t worry, we will send you reminders before your appointment.

What type of notifications will I receive for my visit?

You will receive an appointment confirmation and also reminders if your appointment was scheduled in advance.

How long will it take for the doctor to start my video visit?

If your appointment does not begin at the scheduled time, please wait for your provider. They might be wrapping up a visit with another member and will start your visit soon. For scheduled visits, we recommend joining our virtual waiting room at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. For instant visits, please stay at your computer or keep your phone close at hand.
