Async Mental Health Program

What does RoenRx's Async Mental Health program include?

RoenRx’s Mental Health program is designed to provide thoughtful, ongoing mental health care tailored to you. Your care begins with an initial virtual visit, during which a licensed psychiatric provider will develop a personalized treatment plan that may include prescription medication when clinically appropriate. You’ll have unlimited secure messaging with your psychiatric provider and care coordinator, so support is always available. If medication is prescribed, you can choose to have it delivered in discreet packaging to your home or pick it up at a local pharmacy—whatever feels most comfortable for you. All care is provided based on provider evaluation, medical necessity, and individual needs.

How much does the program cost?

For a limited time, RoenRx is offering 60% off your first month, bringing your cost to $39.You will receive a three-month supply of medication in one shipment. If you need additional medication after that, a refill request will be required. How long will it take for my provider to start my video visit?

Providers do their best to start visits on time, but occasionally there may be a short delay if they’re finishing care with another member. If your visit doesn’t begin exactly at your scheduled time, please stay in the virtual waiting room—your provider will join you as soon as possible. For scheduled visits, we recommend joining the waiting room 5 minutes early. For instant visits, please remain near your device so you’re ready when your provider connects.
